Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 large clove garlic, pressed
6 rib, shoulder or round bone lamb chops, about 1/2 inch thick
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, wine and garlic; set aside.
Preheat the broiler. Place the lamb chops on the rack in the broiler pan. Brush both sides of the chops with the soy sauce mixture. Broil the chops 3 to 4 inches from the heat source for 8 to 10 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning the chops over and brushing them generously with the soy sauce mixture.
