Hello, my name is Rossana Tussey and I am a Virtual Assistant providing off site general administrative and paralegal support to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

 I had established a small clientele but wanted to get more clients faster than I had been initially.

 

 

I developed a referral reward program. Since I always try to go above and beyond for my clients, I knew that I could really use some strong referrals from my existing and prior clients.

 

 

 

So I implemented a program that rewarded my clients for referring my services. For every person they referred to me that resulted in new business, I offered a $25 credit towards their next service order. It took off like wildfire. Not only did this program encourage them to spread the word about my services, but it also encouraged my existing clients to utilize my services even more to take advantage of their referral reward. Some clients referred so many people who used my services that they actually received hundreds of dollars credited to their accounts over the past couple of years! One client said his goal was to work with me regularly but never have to pay for my services again! It was the single best move that I have ever made to build my business.
