We are doing a start-up, of our company in California.

CVHG/AT is the Danish owner-company, of another small and interesting company, where we focus on knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship. For the reason of international rights, we will not disclose the company name at this time.
Currently we have a small office in Denmark, and our expert staff is located on various locations, including Copenhagen.
We are currently in the process of re-developing our primary product and web project, which was targeted towards Denmark only. We now have a unique opportunity to launch this project in multiple languages, and in rapid speed make it international.
Our primary business plan, is showing growth in all aspects, and the need to establish new office locations around the world is eventually inevitable.
We are planning to setup offices in the following countries and/or regions when the time comes.:
- United Stated of America, California
- England, London
- Germany
- Holland
- France
- Italy
- Norway
- Australia (unknown area)
As a part of our growth, we are looking for several freelance developers for an exciting project.
Currently our primary concern is the slow progress of the development, and we need to expand our developer staff within a short period of time.
In the beginning, your work will be concentrated on the development of individual modules toward our framework, as described by our lead developers in Denmark.
As we don't have an office location in California yet, you will be working from your home, and the plan is, to eventyally establish an office in the United States, California, and you will obviously be a part hereof.
We expect you to possess the following skills:
- PHP5 and OOP (Object oriented)
- MySQL 5+
- Javascript, jQuery, JSON, Ajax
- HTML, XHTML, CSS
- Smarty templates
- API (Application Programming Interface) development, GoogleAPIs
And it's a benefit if you possess the following skills:
- Linux, Unix
- Apache, Lighttpd
- Flash (ActionScript)
- SVN and Trac
- Graphical design
We are looking for 8-12 new developers with the above required skills, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.
Task requirements:
- Development and co-development of existing and new products/portals.
- Participate in our "inventor meetings", when appropriate and required.
- Development of our internal administrative modules.
- Detailed documentation of your work.
- Participate and work on projects, as an individual and as a part of a group.
We expect our staff members to posses:

- Punctuality
All, in all - the ability to work independently after the principal of "freedom with responsibility", and has excellent team player skills.
We can not disclose further details of the company or the project, in this document - but we will reveal further information after the candidates sign a non-disclosure agreement.
In terms of good faith, we are obligated to tell our candidates that our initial funds are limited, until we have launched the international part of the project.
