Magazine publishing company seeking sales rep for advertising department. Successful sales experience is a must, whether in general sales or in advertising sales. Company publishes multiple national magazines such as Desserts, Republic, TLD, iBusiness and DrumPRO.
Sales rep is paid as an Independent Contractor and can work from home. Access to national tradeshows are provided, but sales rep is responsible for their own expenses. Job is 100% commission based to industry standard with bonuses and incentives. Sales Manager position available to qualified applicants and may be awarded to rep based on performance. Commissions paid weekly upon approved client payments.
This is NOT high pressure sales or telemarketing, but rep must be comfortable on the phone. Some leads provided but light research is needed. Rep must have average computer skills and be available during normal business hours.
