Author Terms of Service

1. You must be the original author of your articles. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.
2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.
3. We reserve the right to choose the most right category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong. You can suggest a category by writing a simple mail using Contact Us Form.
4. By submitting your articles to WATHMOMS.com Magazine , you agree to allow us to: Publish your article on www.wathmoms.com and any of its article directory partners. Publish your article in RSS format for other web sites to syndicate. Publish your article in our real time, daily, or in our  newsletters.
5. You agree that WATHMOMS Magazine Articles  is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our Magazine.
6. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our Articles Directory Front Page.
7. We reserve the right to include advertising on any pages on this site including pages that display your articles.
8. Articles are not allowed but not limited to;  gambling, poker and casino related articles, beer and alcohol related articles, tobacco related articles, drug related articles etc.  The above said articles will immediately deleted.
9. Do NOT submit Content or provide links to websites that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourage such conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to breach of contract, break any law, or are otherwise inappropriate; All articles that contain such links will be not accepted!
10. Do not submit articles that previously submitted and approved.  If you have any doubt if the article exists in the site, please use the ' Search' .
11. Do not submit articles multiple times.  Only one submission is enough.  If you submit articles multiple times, we will be in a confusion and the result will be deletion of all articles.
12. Do not submit to multiple categories.  Please choose the best category for your article and submit your articles.  Multiple category submission is not allowed and it will consider as multiple submission.
13. Do not include characters like % in the Article Title.  (for example: The earth have 70% of water) It will make a url not found problem and your article will not recognize by the system.  You can include percent for % (for example: The earth have 70 percent of water).
14. If you use Private Label Articles, ensure that you rewrited it as much as possible.
15. Do not submit articles below 300 characters.  If the articles is below 300 characters, your article will be simply deleted.

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must leave any link found in the article body and about box from each article you choose to publish.
2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. Resource box, 2. Any links provided by the author.
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article NOT written by you.
4. We hate Spam!!! You agree to never use any articles obtained from WATHMOMS Magazine Article Directory  in any form of Spam or unsolicited mail or email.
5. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
6. You  are not allowed to  sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

Disclaimer

1. You agree to not hold WATHMOMS Magazine ( www.wathmoms.com)  liable in any form or matter. WATHMOMS.com is simply a repository for authors and publishers. If you have an issue with someone plagiarizing/stealing your original work, however, please Contact Us and we will remove the article in question immediately upon proof of copyright.Note: WATHMOMS.com will require proof of copyright based on previous dates and URL's where the article in question was previously published by you. 
2. We, WATHMOMS.com do not endorse any author, web site, or product mentioned in any articles not written by the WATHMOMS.com team. All articles published by WATHMOMS.com are not meant to be used for legal, medical, or any other type of advice. All articles are for informational purposes only.
