Advertising Materials: We accept advertising for family friendly sites only. Upon payment through Paypal secure service , you may forward all your banner creatives and/or text ads for inclusion to the Wathmoms.com website.
The advertiser may suggest to make changes on the banners and texts to ensure optimum response provided sufficient time of at least five working days is given to Wathmoms.com to implement the changes.
Restrictions. Wathmoms.com reserves the right to accept or not to accept any advertising that it deems unfit or unrelated to its publication theme. We cannot accept the following advertising:
Ads for high yield investment programs (HYIP), auto surfing, paid to read email, or similar programs or for gas mileage fuel additives, get rich quick schemes, gambling, adult erotica, and those with exaggerated or misleading claims. Wathmoms.com reserves the right to reject or terminate any advertising that fails to conform to applicable laws and regulations, Wathmoms.com policies, the public interest, or that it deems to beinappropriate for any reason. Should we decide not to accept your advertising, your full payment will be refunded through PayPal. If after your ad has been displayed, we find it conflicts with any of these policies you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your fees. The refund of all or part of your fees shall be the advertiser's sole remedy for termination of this agreement.
Statement of Liability. Wathmoms.com shall not be liable for any damages that may result from outages, or any "force majeure" , technological failures which may affect the Wathmoms.com website or any event beyond its reasonable control. Advertiser agrees that Wathmoms.com liability for any error in displaying the advertisement or any failure to provide services shall not exceed the advertising fee paid by the customer. If Wathmoms.com is unable to display the advertisement at any time during the term of the agreement due to acts of God, war, riot, strikes, system or transmission failure, or for any other reason beyond its reasonable control, such failure to display the advertisement will not constitute a breach of this agreement; provided, however that the customer may terminate this agreement if such failure to display the advertisement continues for more than twenty (20) days. If such failure to display the advertisement is caused by an act or omission of the customer, Wathmoms.com shall be entitled to full payment of all advertising fees. Wathmoms.com assumes no liability for errors in advertisements submitted. The advertiser and/or his/her representative(s) assume full liability for all content (including text, claims, illustrations, words, trademarks or other copyrighted matters) in his authorized advertisements. However, Wathmoms.com guarantees to deliver the paid advertising placements as ordered with no specific contract terms and shall continue to run the ad until the order has been fulfilled.
Cancellation Policy. No refund shall be granted after the ad has been displayed. Ads may only be cancelled and refunded in full before the ad is displayed. Refunds are made through PayPal and the customer shall be responsible for any and all PayPal fees associated with the refund.
By submitting an advertising order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall be governed and interpreted solely in accordance with International laws and laws of the U.S.A. and the Federal laws of the United States (if applicable).
